To: At the Board of Directors currently managing 906 Simpson St. H.D.F.C, our shareholders and tenants will choose to prescribe our rights pursuant to Article 14 of the Articles of Incorporation. If it can not be considered that the board of directors works in good faith, the latest rent shareholders and tenants reserve the right to request emergency meetings. We urgently hold shareholders' meetings and tenant meetings and urge them to vote for the new board of directors.

I sent a letter to the board of directors that stated the majority of what I did at the club during the past 4 years, but I was despised and ignored, laughed afraid of retaliation. These events kept me away from the inclusive game - I believe I won the best actor of the organization of the year. It was so uncomfortable to interact with many people to treat me, so I integrated myself. In my mind, the word "rough" is an easy and concise word.

There are no strict rules when writing to more than one person on the board. That is, you have multiple choices for handling your letter. Generally, if the bulletin board is too big, I will create a letter. Processing each bulletin board separately is troublesome. For small boards, you can write a separate letter for everyone and use the "copy" notation to refer to other recipients. Many board meetings do not meet often and may meet once a month, so you may want to send a copy of a bulk letter to each officer at your local or home office. This will ensure that your letter will be read and act before the next board meeting. To do this, write a distribution block with the name and address of each officer at the end of the letter.
