On behalf of the Federal Reserve Community Development and Investment Center in San Francisco, I am pleased to achieve this goal, create a community aid letter for large and small cities across the country, and deal with intergenerational poverty.

Leilani Barnett is a community development regional manager of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and leads a multidisciplinary collaboration to overcome community development issues.
