As the concept of multicultural education programs become more common, educators are looking for new ways to present diversity to school communities, classrooms, and curriculum plans. According to Birkel (2000), multicultural education begins with education / learning process and education focusing on acceptance and evaluation of diversity. Culturally related educational practices give students the opportunity to learn in positive ways, verification, and in ways related to their interests and backgrounds (Ladson-Billings, 1994).

The instructor needs to consider the diversity of the classroom when planning the course. When deciding which guidance method to use, the teacher needs to consider the student's career, previous knowledge, environment and learning objectives. Different social classes, each classroom is a multicultural group even in the same cultural community. Teachers need to be aware that students learn in different ways, but almost all children respond well to acceptance and teachers should respond sensitively to disabled learners. Children with learning disabilities experienced major failures; teachers should not participate in it. Most children with learning disabilities have reached the conclusion that they are stupid! The conclusion is that everyone encounters a similar situation and needs to change before corrective guidance is effective. This is an additional task for the teachers and methods they use.

Because teachers do not know how different student classes correspond to the course, it is always difficult to master the course plan. It makes it more difficult to plan with learning disabilities. The course plan is only one of the many responsibilities that the US Department of Labor has raised for special education teachers. Even if you do not have lesson plans experience, you will get used to thinking about creative activities for your child. You can learn from this experience and let the children work in the classroom.
