I never thought that I would teach a class in high school. My educational experience is wonderful, and I think that I learned from the classroom as much as there are students. This is some of the things I learned about adult education at WRCC.

I thought it would be a wonderful experience when I had the opportunity to teach the adult technical education course for the first time. I know that the resume looks amazing. I know that I can learn a lot. But I did not notice how interesting it is. I feel that I have never pulled myself into the classroom, which is a terrible thing. Before I started class, especially the first few times I was very nervous. But I started to like it very much and my anxiety about teaching soon disappeared.

One of the reasons I really like my educational experience is because there are excellent students. At the stage of high school, not everyone wants to be there, it usually appears. This is absolutely not true for my students. They all want to go there

Just because the students are wonderful and educational experience is interesting, it is not always easy. My individual students (called "my students") are very interesting and have different experiences, uses, and things I want to learn. This makes it difficult for everyone to join the same page

The course also needs a lot of preparations. My typical lesson planning meeting will be as follows.

I will run the teaching process on my device, see how it works and try to identify the point of failure

I learned that teaching is necessary not only to read notes aloud but also to lead people through them. It is strengthened, seeking feedback, and need to look for other million that I have not thought of. I am very grateful for giving my business teacher Cornell a lot of help and advice. Without her, my educational experience would not be that good.

Among the current managers, as I began asking about the validity of the private course lessons, I was asked to enter the phone number more than once. I talked about the experience of business English education, and they seem to be interested in arranging a course. I said that it is not a question to contact me and create a business English course. I did not expect that long conversation. As I notified her that she taught her her phone number, I know that she has his phone number because my student (a manager who talked to the person I want to send a message to) sent her a phone number. A few weeks later, I saw my students ask about everyone's work (in fact, she would like to talk about my thoughts and feelings about parties)

In my student education experience, I spent a lot of time preparing each lesson plan. I am trying to research various ways to display the information of each lesson. I looked for activities that my student club wanted and confirmed that there are all the necessary materials and others before the course begins. Still, there is always a problem. The technology will fail. Students complete their activities earlier than planned. Students need more time and explanation than expected

Experience in the background is important for the third stage of the course - lesson planning. My career is graphic design, and my art and craft hobby provides a practical experience. My role is to confirm that all activities are related to learning in art form. I need to apply my technical knowledge to the artistic media that I teach, such as the correct mosaic glue. Once you have identified the lesson plans, you can learn the best way to deliver the course.
