Conclusion: I think that these letters represent a new form of public discourse. This discourse is based on the fact that in the form of public education, how it should be, resistance to the mainstream narrative about the current neoliberalism reforms on teachers and students, Enable to exercise institutional agencies. These other reasons I found through the subject code are related to contextual factors rather than individual factors. And it shows retention limits in an atmosphere that does not support teacher agent. In addition, most of the reasons for separation are explicitly or implicitly related to current neo - liberal education policy. According to their letter, the teacher quit his job because (1) neo-liberal reforms and policies threaten learning conditions and (2) these reforms adversely affect teacher's working conditions and beliefs. Specific neoliberal reforms and policies described in these letters include increased standardization testing and curriculum restrictions, lack of attention to the teacher's social emotional needs, salary and allowance There are decreases, punitive teacher evaluation systems and so on. In addition, as a result of these reforms, teachers have no time, their beliefs do not match the reality of education in today's educational environment, lack of trust and respect for their profession, and lack of working conditions I feel.
