Learning the Hard Way

It is one of the most cruel places in the country that is difficult to learn the remote areas of Alaska and it is the best place to study wildlife in the natural environment. For wildlife biologists, the attraction of outdoor activities seems to be a once in a lifetime opportunity. When this opportunity appeared to me this summer, I accepted it without hesitation. This is a wonderful experience of the career path I am taking, which gives me opportunities to work with experts in my research field.

This article is about sharing the wisdom I got to prevent clinicians and clients from learning hard. It is written for psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists and all mental health practitioners, but it is also recommended for those who are clients or thinking about treatment.

They say that it will be better to learn things in the easiest way. But sometimes, the tough way is the only way. The easiest way is to learn from others' mistakes. The difficult thing is to learn from your own mistake (this is the typical way). This is the story that I would like to share through this article. I have learned a lot in project management career in the past two years. I hope that someone will lead me so that most project managers can avoid classic mistakes that are likely to commit.
