Learning the Hard Way- Personal Narrative

Learn a difficult path - a personal story Our life and work is to achieve peace of mind, accomplishment and happiness. The experience and relationship that we have cultivated during that process will help to make it a reality. The weather is good and bad, we believe that knowledge can be gained from the people we meet and the decision we make. I heard that it is not a destination but a truly important journey for our lives.

Especially difficult, painful or unpleasant things to learn or discover something through personal experience. Starting your own business is really hard. I have to learn a difficult way. Everyone will tell you that it is difficult to be a parent, but before you understand it in a difficult way, you really do not know what it means. Learn something through experience, especially through unpleasant experiences. (As opposed to studying at school, reading etc.) I learned how she is hard to invest. I hope that I do not have to study hard. I think it is difficult to go to school at the same time as doing the work.

Transition is very difficult, new roles are difficult, challenges are difficult, and people are difficult. Twenty months later, I think the time has come for people who have similar roles to step forward one by one to put together my learning. So here, it has no special order - I did 20 important learnings (some difficult way). Some people learn by reading, others do. There are almost three white boards. You draw, talk (listen) and write (read). You can also take pictures for future reference. Whenever we come up with ideas, we will get a better understanding of the problem and usually have a more accurate solution.

They say that it will be better to learn things in the easiest way. But sometimes, the tough way is the only way. The easiest way is to learn from others' mistakes. The difficult thing is to learn from your own mistake (this is the typical way). This is the story that I would like to share through this article. I have learned a lot in project management career in the past two years. I hope someone will lead me, so I can avoid some classic mistakes that most project managers tend to do. However, as I have been in the industry for over two years, I am pleased to share my experiences with you so that you can avoid these mistakes.
