Learning Professional Devlopment

In this article I will explain the learning process, learning style (LS), and learning cycle and see if they are worthy for student nurses. I compare my superior learning style with other LSs. Then I will discuss my dominant style and the strengths and weaknesses of my learning and development. Later, I will decide my weakest learning style and a way to gradually develop this style to enhance learning. Honey and Mumford (1992: p 2) argues that learning relates to acquiring knowledge and developing new skills.
