Creative diary writing is a tool that includes various lighting techniques to improve reflection and creative thinking. It is not a study record or a traditional diary. The creative journal process is designed to promote the use of various creative and analytical thinking methods. Tripp, Honey, Smith, Mumford, Baird, Mitchell, Walker in Boud, etc. Simmons lists journal lighting as a useful learning strategy for improving metacognitive thinking. Kember and Kelly, Tripp, Kemmis and McTaggart are proposing journals as a useful tool for action research

Learning Journal is a journal demonstrating your own learning and skill development. It is not a diary or record of what you did but a record of what you learned, tried, and critically reconsidered. This is a personal record of your own learning. Therefore, it is a unique document and can not be "correct" or "wrong". Learning logs help you record, build, think, reflect, plan, develop, and certify your learning. For example, if you are working hard to improve your communication skills and have bad or negative learning experiences when problems occur, I think you have made little or no progress. The next day I can think about this question, your thoughts and feelings may be largely negative.
