There is no empirical study in existing literature on the experience of early childhood educators in learning and practicing positive mentoring skills. In this research, 63 junior high school students and college students participated in lectures and internships in parallel. Participants defined 'aggressive guidance' from accurate to inaccurate. Most participants are inaccurate or somewhat incorrectly defined before and after the lesson. Participants considered several difficult teaching methods that are difficult to learn, such as dispute settlement, active use of words, setting and observing restrictions, and providing choices. They evaluated active linguistic use and conflict resolution as two of the most improved four skills in the course and most people improved after the course, so that the individual needs of the child and I worked on confidence. Most participants believe that practice in classrooms and laboratories is important for positively leading a positive attitude.
