Learn to Read

This page reads the "Getting Ready" page, there are three sections "McGuffey Primer", "McGuffey First Reader" and "Voice Course". Before starting this page your child should be able to recognize all the letters in the alphabet and know their name and basic sound. This is for kids who have already passed kindergarten.

In recent years, I am concentrating on making good reading habits and learning how to read more. But what matters is not just to read but also to read well. For most people, the ultimate goal of reading nonfiction books is to truly improve their lives by learning new skills, understanding important issues, or seeing the world in new ways. Reading books is important, but it is equally important to remember what you have read and make the most of it. First of all, if I am listening to an audiobook, then I will create a new memo for that book and enter my memo when I hear it. I tend to listen to the audiobook 25 times, but whenever I want to write down, I press pause. Fast playback speed and slow note making process tend to be balanced and I usually complete each book at the same time under normal conditions.
