Redesign of genre-based education from interdisciplinary viewpoint for English learning and effective communication (TDG project)
Why is it important to learn English? Well, English is the third language spoken by native speakers around the world, the second most popular language. Therefore, the importance of learning English is comparable to learning Spanish or Mandarin, the first and second largest language for native speakers around the world. So why is learning English so important? Why study English instead of other languages? English is the third largest language in the world, but for native speakers it is the second largest language and is used as the second language. In business, English is also the most popular language, and many major international organizations use it as official language.
Because English is "Latin in the 21st century", native speakers of other languages mainly learn English. A few native speakers have learned English and are interested in their cultural, literary and leisure opportunities. English speaking people do not need to learn other languages for international exchange and cultural exchange. Because people in other countries can expect to understand English. But just as English speakers learn English for their culture, some English speaking people can learn other languages and cultures. Even those who are not native English speakers have reasons to benefit from learning the second (or n) language.
