Food science is the study of the physical, biological and chemical composition of food and the basic concept of food processing.

Food technology is the application of food science in the selection, preservation, processing, packaging, distribution and use of safe foods.

After studying food science, how good the food we learned at school was wonderful. I am not talking about nutrition or making healthy choices. I am talking about a basic understanding of how foods are stored, distributed and preserved. This is an introduction to food preservation. There are five kinds of food.
