Leadership Philosophy

Since I started my career with the Coast Guard, I met a lot of leaders. The leader I remember is different in the rank of Junior Officer and Senior Officer. Some of my influences are successful in their careers, and the couple has experienced difficulties in the process, but has always recovered. The most influential leader is a balanced leader between position and personal power. I introduced the influence of my leadership during the first and 19 years of the Coast Guard.
