Health Leadership Defines the mission of the leader to do numerous assessments and virtual discussions to meet specific styles and traits that tend to adopt a beneficial approach to leadership within the organization (Oliver, 2006). As Adair said in 1998, learning from the theory can not make an individual a successful leader, but his own will and his personal motives make him a successful grasp of successful leaders and expertise (Adair, 1998). )
Leadership in the National Health Service (NHS) program is always one of the most important priorities for nurses and their medical professionals. Leadership throughout the organization and throughout the health economy is viewed as the basis for implementing and maintaining change (Ministry of Health (DH 2002)). The NHS program clearly shows the need for modern medical services to improve public health (DH 2000). The aim of public health is to fulfill the community's interest in securing people's health through systematic efforts and information-based selection. In order to achieve this goal, the NHS needs to organize dynamic smart leaders at all levels.
National leaders play an important role in influencing the culture of NHS organizations. Many reports call for the provision of a single integrated approach by national-led institutions featuring vision, values, processes, and requirements. The attitude of the national governance body is to support the case where the health service organization is regarded as a partner in the development of health services, if the health service organization is able to support and continuously improve improved quality patient care, It is most effective for development, evaluation and sustenance. The culture of these domestic organizations should be a collective model of leadership and compassion for service as a whole.
As an administrator and leader, I recognize that it is a big challenge to demonstrate superior management and leadership in national medical services, not depending on some people. Most leaders are implemented through teams that require inter-team work to gain an opportunity to better understand and improve their roles. By focusing on leadership, we create a safer space for innovation.
