Leadership and the Doctorate of Nursing Practice Degree

Clinical Head Nurse (CNL) is a senior generalist with an emphasis on improving the quality and safety outcomes of patients or patient groups from the viewpoint of management and employee management. In the doctoral course of nursing, prepare students for nursing education, medical care, clinical research, or advanced clinical practice. Most courses are awarded to Dr. Nurse and Dr. Nursing Practice (DNP).

Students prepare for MSc in nursing education, nursing instruction, public health and school health management. Dr. Nursing Practice (DNP) is preparing a senior practice nurse as an adult and pediatric clinical health expert, as well as family, pediatrics and mental health care professional. DNP helps clinical researchers implement direct clinical practice, convert evidence-based research into clinical practice, disseminate and integrate, and improve the quality of health outcome.
