Leadership and Teamwork Challenges 2 This reflective article focuses on the process of change in how we want to communicate in the life of the Christian church. The teamwork leadership model forms the core foundation for work. I think that even the most subtle problems often require analysis, and sometimes actions are taken. As a participatory leader, my leadership style advocates teamwork. Defending teamwork is considered power of my leadership style. This is the strength of my leadership style as advocacy teamwork gives team members the opportunity to participate in the development team's decision-making process. It is impossible to make decisions until all team members agree on a specific decision. If a team member can not do this, it can be regarded as a weak point of my learning style. Another weakness of my leadership style is the opportunity to waste time. If the team can not form an agreement for some reason, this is considered a weakness of my leadership style, as productivity stops and precious time is lost before an agreement is formed. A2. As team members are handled equally by leaders, members are more happy and productive. The negative impact of this style of leadership is that leaders often risk compromising team members' personal growth before the project. No one is superior to others in the style of leadership that is described; everyone has certain time and place, and they will be the most effective form of leadership. Great leaders are people who choose leadership style such as chef choosing tools based on their needs and what is the best tool.
