During the internship, I learned that training and team building programs are very important aspects for many organizations. Before contacting the company's team building activities and soft skill training, I had never noticed the importance of training and team building for organizations. During the internship at Bridge, one of the training I participated was training for insurance companies. Because insurance agents usually have goals to be achieved, strong targeting understands that it is an important element to motivate employees to achieve their goals.
