When Captain's Town found James Riddle, he encountered the book 'Happy Cosmic Islands' that had jumped out of the plane during the crash. This book tells a story about a man trying to become lost in a journey, hoping to discover himself. A group of trapped passengers gets lost in the desert and is embarking on a self-discovery trip to see how long they can survive and how long they can survive.
Leaders need leadership anywhere and anytime people gather. Even children need principals and principals! Both East and West men need to be led, and each group "throws" their own leader of each generation. Whether in school rooms, battlefields, government deliberations, leaders led by leaders born always have the same character and prospects.
As a human being, symbolic psychologist Abraham Maslow has discovered that our two most basic needs are the need to be vested and appreciated. If you apply the ENGAGE algorithm, you will soon be aware that you are in a leading position and will have the opportunity to meet these needs of other people. Bill Clinton often admits that his high school band director not only helped him become a saxophonist but also as a leader it was not a coincidence. Alternatively, Ronald Reagan chose to write a moving public letter to the American people in 1994 after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Or, after reading Yan Martel's "Life of Pie", President Obama sent a letter of appreciation to Martel and praised the storytelling and strong information.
In the past two decades, leadership has emerged as one of the "important ideas" of human enterprises. In many occupations, we believe we need to quantify leadership. In other words, more people are needed to fulfill the role of leadership, and higher quality leadership is needed. In other words, better leadership is needed. Business, politics, health, education, and community development all involve leaders' theory and practice, leadership development and sustainable development. In the field of specialization such as nursing and education, we are promoting (successful) strategic initiatives and programs to identify the crisis of leadership and nurture leaders and leaders. However, social work is not so aggressive and does not want to use leadership as a matter of theory or practice. In our view, social work is actually withdrawing from the concept of leadership, and leadership has a historical view that somewhat contradicts the value of social work and its basic philosophy.
