Leadership and Diviersity in the Nature of Work

Leadership Leadership is the process of supporting others to achieve a desirable common goal, that is, guiding others. According to Northouse, "Leadership is the process by which individuals influence the population of people to achieve a common goal." Northouse (2004). In this mission, I was appointed the business manager of the Venture Health Center. It was a lot of complaints about the poor performance of medical services in the past two years.

Different leadership styles can benefit from natural benefits while improving their field by understanding the style of leadership. However, the leadership itself is a complex term, it is necessary to consider this from various perspectives, apply it to your life, become a true leader of the team. Evaluating the difference is an important step to become a leader. Communication with people with different perspectives can create exciting ideas and bring effective implementation. But it only applies to constructive arguments. In other words, this is a constructive confrontation. Constructive confrontation is necessary for the development and change of the company. As I mentioned in the previous article, the essence of leadership has changed. In emerging organizations, leaders need a variety of skills. Those working in organizations like OuiShare need to be very tolerant in chaos, but some of the things I have observed should be good by the leader. To accomplish a task, leaders can create concrete actions by integrating resources within the organization to create "clear spaces". I like to think of these spaces as islands in the middle of a chaotic wild ocean. Individual projects such as OuiShare Fest, POC 21, research and exploration when OuiShare is the ocean will be islands
