Finally, if you like, you can hire a CEO to manage the whole company for you while you are sitting on the board.

The most important thing to communicate with all of the above activities to hire my new sales manager is that this person should have done this before. This is the role of leadership that requires integration of engines, not just self-sales and forecasting. This is also useful if the person sold the same ticketing company to the same department.
