Specification of tattoo artists The Ministry of Health shall consistently approve and regulate the licensing and management of uniform tattoo agents of the engraver and statewide, throughout the state, in accordance with the provisions of this section. Prior to issuing a tattoo agency license in accordance with this section, the department must examine the tattoo agency once and can perform additional inspections that the department deems necessary.
