(Everybody's Physical Activity) data shows the tendency to participate in gender and physical activity. A survey report for college students participated in undergraduate health and exercise function courses. Students need to complete an investigation showing the amount of exercise participating and the motivation for participation in sports. Sports activities are divided into two groups: sports and sports participation. The result shows that the motivation varies according to the type of physical activity (Kilpatrick 2005).
College student's test pressure has been a concern for many years. College students feel a lot of pressure for various reasons, such as lack of preparation, learning style, lack of necessary information. When stress is considered negative or excessive, it leads to anxiety before and during the exam, and ultimately affects their academic performance. The aim of this research is to understand the pressure of the tests felt by college students during arts, science, and business education. Further comparisons will be made to identify the level of stress experienced by college students at graduate and graduate programs. Samples were taken by 90 students from two girls' colleges using stratified random sampling methods. Researchers created a questionnaire to investigate the test stress and anxiety of university students. The result shows that there is a correlation between university students' stress and anxiety.
Sleep deprivation, poor diet, lack of exercise are factors of depression in college students. The pressure brought by academia such as economic concerns, pressure to get good work after school, the relationship of failure, is enough to force some students to quit university. Many factors in college life lead to risk factors for depression. Many students are unsuitable for college life. Today's students are facing high debt. After graduation, their prospect of employment will be less than that of the previous generation. The growing concern can lead to depressing episodes of college students.
Other living environments and social factors that affect student health and kinetic energy include sleep deprivation. Most middle school students acknowledged fatigue and lack of sleep before the middle of the term. When the student tries to keep the eyelid open, in the morning a lot of classroom will be filled with silence. According to the National Institutes of Health's "About sleeping facts" (2010), "college students are one of the people with the least sleep" (paragraph 1). The university environment encourages students to participate in infinite activities and activities ranging from activities within clubs and campuses to financing and service. However, this participation is often busy, going to school, resting, and having no time to sleep. Sleep deprivation can hinder the performance of complex cognitive tasks such as cognitive tasks required for examination. Sleep helps to create healthy bodies and maintain health.
