Abstract: Trade unions are an important element in our industry. Over the years, labor unions were the main spokesperson from employers to employers. Continued efforts by labor unions to ensure workers' right to work, to enjoy all the benefits they need and to eliminate unjust treatment of workers at work remains a continuous process . In order to understand general trade unions, understanding the basis is the best way to outline the strengths and weaknesses of American labor unions. In this analysis, we are studying how unions can improve the work environment of workers and we can do so in the future. This paper examines the influence of union on net social welfare.
