It changes the way of employer's business and influences the work force of skilled craftsmen. Since the revolution changed the labor force, the company diversified and the business became more fluid. Industrialization has changed employer 's business practices and dramatically changed employee' s working conditions. And more formal labor relations process is urgently needed. - ... If a child refuses, a prisoner of war may threaten a child or a child's family. When children are forced to work, they are deprived of their normal childhood. Under breeding, they are also deprived of essentials: water, food, shelter, etc. This leads to their low development, vulnerability to factors and diseases.
