As a Korean, living in Korea generally requires some rules as Korean traditional culture. One of the rules is to eat kimchi, this is a symbol of Korean traditional food and the Korean people are vegetables that almost every dish is eaten. The main ingredients of kimchi are healthy good characteristics such as Chinese cabbage, Japanese radish, red pepper, garlic and so on. However, the food is a hot and salty fermented food. In my opinion, Koreans like kimchi, so I like to eat spicy and salty foods. As I am a Korean, I should accept fancy fingers of my destiny as Koreans. I was born in Korea, but I can not eat hot and salty food. I tend not to eat Thai or Indian cuisine because of the hot ingredients in the food. For me, the appetizing fast food, delicious and colorful Italian food, greasy Chinese food is better than all the hot foods I like.

Because Korea is surrounded by the sea, seafood is a typical Korean food. On the other hand, Western food uses more meat because western land is bigger and bigger than Korea. Doenjang (I do not know the pronunciation of the word, but when I studied, sauce was found.) As for dishes, Koreans cook or steam in a saucepan.
