The following resources explain the rights of the latest transgender people. As we strive to strengthen and expand legal protection, you can take action if you face discrimination in all states and almost all living areas today. Each of the following resources includes ways of claiming discrimination and abuse complaints and asking for legal support.

Please refer to the "know your rights" document of the National Immigration Act Center. There is a "know your right" card that can be transferred to a migrant as a claim. If you are a lawyer, lawyer, social worker, teacher or friend, colleague, classmate, or neighbors, please read this document carefully and advertise it.
