The fate that we live in America seems to be only a time of rapid rise. There are fast food restaurants in almost every block. And since many people use misleading advertisements it is difficult for individuals to distinguish between junk food and really healthy food. For example, McDonald's restaurants do not emphasize unhealthy foods, but they seem to be more interested in commercial advertisements that show attractive healthy people eating happy families and hamburgers.
People see food labels for various reasons. However, for some reason, many consumers are eager to know how to use this information more effectively and easily. The following labeling technique is intended to make the nutrition label easier to use for quick and practical food selection to help healthy meals. The main information or higher level information (see # 1-4 and # 6 on the sample nutrition label shown below) may be different for each food and includes product-specific information (parts, calories, nutrition information) It is. The bottom section (see sample label # 5 below) contains a footnote containing 2,000 calories and 2,500 calorie diet per day value (DV). This footnote provides recommended dietary information on important nutrients such as fat, sodium and fiber. Footnotes are listed only in larger packages, not different for each product.
In the United States, food manufacturers had a campaign to label all foods based on whether they contain genetically modified ingredients or not. Supporters of labels believe consumers have the right to know. This argument is very attractive. After all, the only information allows consumers to decide on their own whether their foods contain genetically modified ingredients. Even advocates of biotechnology may support tags and believe that attempts to oppose it seems to need to hide something.
