Knee Dislocations

In today's world of sports, athletes approach their limits and have a good victory for themselves and teams. But sometimes they give in to excessive efforts and injuries. They put them in their only choice where they were hurt. There are many injured people on athletes' feet, but the knees are the most painful. It does not happen frequently, but knee dislocation is a serious injury. Unlike dislocation of the humerus which is moving to another position of the knee joint, knee dislocation is a place where the tibia and femur are forcibly separated.

Dislocation of the humerus is where the tibia slides out of the groove. I can see why there is anterior lateral bulge in my patient's knee with the above radiograph. By contrast, as the knee dislocated, the knee itself was destroyed and all the ligaments holding the tibia and femur together were torn. (See X-ray below). Careful vascular examination is required. The main artery behind the knee is a pop artery (POP-la-teel) artery, which can fall into a true dislocation. Arterial lesions have been reported to range from 7 to 64% of dislocations. Obviously, a pulse that is not in the foot or is decreasing can cause problems, but "normal" pulses can not rule out injuries.

Another very painful knee injury is "unstable humerus". This includes dislocation and subluxation of the tibia (knee bone). Subluxation is partial dislocation. My knees are sliding very fast. This can cause a lot of pain and cause more serious damage depending on the degree to which the knee bone slides. Dislocation refers to sliding the tibia from the joint and staying there. The dislocation of the tibia may be 70% higher in women and women than in men and men. The reason is that the male's legs are straight, while the women's legs are slightly tilted, which adds extra stress to the joints. In order for a man to dislocate the cheekbone, you must strike the knees violently at the correct position.

Fractures are fractures, fractures, or fractures. Children may not be able to move bones and may feel a lot of pain. Dislocation of the humerus occurs when the humerus twists or imparts some side impact to the side of the knee joint. Sometimes it will return to its normal position, but it usually needs to be relocated by the doctor. Symptoms may include swelling and pain in the front of the knee, abnormal bulging on the side of the knee, and knees may not be able to walk on the legs.

Fractures are not the only kind of severe orthopedic trauma. Dislocation - If your joints, such as your knees and shoulders, are severely dislocated - it may be worse than a fracture. In most cases, broken bones will remain in good position. By definition, the dislocation deforms causing stretching - sometimes even tearing ligaments and tendons. Dislocation not only deforms but also restricts movement and makes the joint completely stationary.
