Kids on Death Row

Children who are dead should be tested like adults even if they are only children. The US Supreme Court ruled that the execution of a 16-year-old child is not cruel and unusual punishment. Of the 38 countries under the death penalty, 13 are 18, 4 are 17, 9 are 16 and 9 are 19. There is no specified minimum age. In 1996, the Mississippi State Public Prosecutor asked a 13-year-old teenager for death (February 17, 1998).
