© Egyptian Pharaoh Khufu, known for his Greek name Cheops, is the second Pharaoh of the fourth dynasty known for building the Great Pyramid in Giza.
Kfufu's full name is Khnum-Khufwy, which means "[God] Khnum will protect me". He is the son of Sneferu and Queen Hetepheres I and is believed to have three wives. He is known for building the Great Pyramid in Giza, one of the seven wonders of the world, but I know little about him other than that. Ironically, his only surviving statue is the smallest Egyptian royal sculpture ever discovered: an image of 5 cm (3 inches) high ivory found in Abydos
Hufu reached the throne in his twenties and may soon be studying his pyramid. It took about 23 years for the entire project, during which 2.3 million blocks moved, an average of 5 tons. His nephew Hemiune was appointed as the architectural leader of the Great Pyramid. Kufu was the first pharaoh to build a pyramid in Giza. The enormous size of the monument shows his proficiency in national qualities and human resources. It is now believed that the pyramids were built with drafts, not slaves. The idea that Khufu uses slaves to build a pyramid comes from the Greek historian Herodotus. He also explained that Hufu is a cruel and evil leader and when there is no money it is prostitution. However, Westcar Papyrus called Hufu as a traditional Eastern monarch. A gentle personality gentle to his lower class, interested in the existence of men and the nature of magic.
I did not remember like his father, but in the 26th century the funeral of Cuzh was still going on, and he became increasingly popular during Roman times.
Snefer was inherited to his son Kuff (2589-2566 BC) who built the Great Pyramid of Giza. After the death of Khufu, his son Djedefra (2566 - 2558 BC) and Khafra (2558 - 2532 BC) may argue. The latter built the Sphinx of Giza (in a traditional way) with the second pyramid. Reconsidering recent evidence, the Egyptian scientist Vasil Dobrev suggested that the sphinx was built by Jedehura and was a monument to his father, Kufu. Alternatively, Sphinx is thought to be the work of Kahura and Kuff himself.
The two kings behind Kufu (which had been ruled from 2558 BC to 2558 BC) were called the Sephron by the Greeks and were the next king to build a pyramid in Giza. The pyramid of Khafra appears bigger than the pyramid of Khufu, but the height of its foundation rock is 33 feet. The pyramids of Khafra are slightly sharper than those of Khufu, and the bottom is made of red granite. Perhaps the most interesting aspect of the Khafra pyramid is the greater complexity, including the legendary Sphinx. Sphinx is carved from natural rock, not limestone, the complex of the temple connected to the pyramid through the bank road, once connected to the canal. The smallest pyramid among the three major pyramids is King Menkaura (governed from 2532 BC to 2503 BC), the Greeks call it Mikelinos. After Menkaura, the highest point in the pyramid era has reached its peak, but it has not been completely completed.
