MindLab is an intergovernmental innovation division in Denmark with the aim of citizens and companies developing new solutions for the public sector. MindLab helps key decision makers and employees in their key sectors look at the efforts from outside to inside and examine them from a citizen's point of view. MindLab uses this approach as a platform and will work together to create better ideas. At the initial planning stage of service provision, we will work with service users, citizens and other stakeholders. For example, Mindlab works with users to test mobile device tax returns and gather feedback to change government programs and avoid costly service errors. It established a social network with highly skilled migrant workers to motivate them to stay in Denmark.

Policy makers emphasized the effectiveness of the OH troops. Effectiveness is taken into consideration from the viewpoint of public economy and management. This effect is thought to be achievable through the development of cost-effective net budget and economic survey. From the service point of view, the most important aspect of effectiveness is the important foundation of OH. Policy makers believe that OH services will be more influential if more resources are spent on preventive activities than care. By focusing on OH, it was noted that small resources can also be used to provide high quality OH service.

How is the new public administration applied to the industrial health system? - Finnish policy makers and OH viewers' views

OH staff do not think that reorganization of the public sector is as important as decision makers. OH unit utilities are considered to enhance and improve the efficiency of municipal OH management. However, for some OH staff, structural change is seen as a threat and the most dangerous factor is related to future concern of OH department and change of occupational health process. Respondents were interested in cooperation between private and local government OH in this doctrine. Decision-makers are aware of cooperation between private OH and municipal OH, mainly through functional differences and competition. Differences in functionality were observed based on service provision and concentration. Private OH is considered to focus on medical and municipal preventive occupational health. People understand that the private OH gradually develops in the metropolitan area and gradually replaces local government OH
