Abstract Through exploring the retaliatory juvenile juvenile justice system, we discussed the impact of juvenile delinquency on urban poor struggle and the success of society as a whole, the causes and effects of juvenile violence and crime. Based on the six important sociological theories, this article explores the current policy and the possible reason behind the crime itself. These issues include lack of economic opportunities, lack of educational opportunities, and high risk of violence and crime in daily life.
