Emperor Justinian resurrected the Byzantine Empire through his military victory, legitimate work, church organization and construction activities, and the establishment of the Justinian Code. He was the emperor of the 6th century and the only person who established the aristocrat by choosing a person humbly born as his most faithful counselor; he wanted to work with truth and sincere.
