Justice When asked "Can you live in the world of justice?" In fact, it asked us about everything. "Can anyone accomplish justice?" And "Can anyone be equal?" The answer to this question is no. Unfortunately, we live in a world where justice has never actually happened. The first justice I want to talk about is personal justice. Those who are not committing deadly crimes are blessed. Their life will be annoyed with resentment of anger, they are neither beautiful nor famous nor gifts of wealth.
Judicial problems, judicial problems, criminal justice and punishment (sometimes called retaliatory justice), economic justice (often called distributed judicial judgment), fair state and government agencies, other spouses, parents and children, Relations among people, including social stratum, other social arrangements, international justice, and environmental justice. For example, in the field of economic justice, at least for the past 2,500 years, people have made intense debate about the proper distribution of wealth in society. Philosophers, political theorists, theologians, law scholars and others are trying to reveal the source, the nature and requirements of justice, various results.
In many cases, legal theorists and philosophers are considering four different types of justice. Justice correction, justice distribution, procedural justice, and retaliation justice. Correcting justice is the responsibility to rectify the fraud aspect of a single person (as seen in modern contract law). Distribution Justice aims to properly distribute happiness and suffering between criminals and victims by punishing criminals. Procedural justice focuses on the fairness of procedures to punish violators. Justice of revenge may best be caught using the word lex talionis (the principle of "eye for the eyes"), which can be traced back to Exodus.
