Justice

Justice Any action or decision we do is rational or irrational. Justice is usually determined by society or 'norm'. "Specification" will change according to society. But there are always broken laws, results to follow, penalties that must be given. Justice can be seen in two different ways: society and crime. Justice is in front of the audience. Because we have different attitudes towards good and evil. Criminal justice is a term that refers to the field of social law that a group of people thinks as valuable as the social daily mechanism functions.

Distribution Justice aims to properly distribute happiness and suffering between criminals and victims by punishing criminals. Procedural justice focuses on the fairness of procedures to punish violators.
