This white paper discusses the strategic analysis of the decision-making process in the AT & T Asia-Pacific region. Analysis includes a detailed discussion of AT & T's strategic decision including multi-view approach to power models of Linstone (1984) and Parkin (1994). According to Parkin (1996: 155), strategic decisions are divided into organizational decisions and social decisions. The outcome of social decision-making affects society as a whole, and stakeholders outside the organization are involved in this process.

7 Judgment and Decision-Making: Choose logical thinking process from available options. To make effective decisions, you must be able to predict the outcome of each option and, based on all these items, you can decide which option is best for that particular situation.

Decision requires thought skills to evaluate the advantages of the available options and to select the preferred options to follow. Judgment is not a decision, it is a close correlation. The decision associates the decision with practice by taking action when choosing the available choices. There are various model care decisions that help nurses make decisions about every aspect of care. I decided to focus on risk analysis and management, and evidence-based decision making.

Judging and Decision Making DSS research is self-evident, but since it focuses on supporting and improving management decisions, it should be based on quality judgment and decision-making (JDM) research. When coding and analyzing this JDM foundation, pay particular attention to distinguishing cited reference theory in citation or intensive discussion, and using reference theory for research design and interpretation of results. In this project, only the second reference theory, the use of integration, is written. Surprisingly, the result is that 47.8% of the papers did not use reference research for judgment and decision-making. In addition, the proportion of papers explicitly using JDM reference research decreased slightly over time. Table 4 shows the average number of citations for each type of DSS in JDM reference research of each paper.
