FREEWRITING is the most effective and simple diary. This is not to stop before the timer rings or before the page fills up, but to write the specified time (usually 10 minutes) or to enter the specified number of pages. What you wrote is not important - only you write and do not think about it, always evaluate and judge what you are writing.
The main advantage of writing as a way to write a diary is that you learn to not edit your text - or your idea. Though thoughts and feelings that were previously suppressed may appear on the surface (although you may be surprised by what you wrote), you might write a completely incoherent nonsense for 10 minutes. That does not matter. Most of us have obsessive editing habits at the time of writing, so we suppress the thoughts and feelings that we do not accept or are considered "not enough".
When writing, what is allowed is unmodified. Free writing, therefore, removes chaotic thoughts and emotions, alleviates some of our confusion, and allows us to solve important problems with a clear mind. When used as a lighting practice, lighting helps us find natural rhythms and sounds.
I will explore the emotional problem at a deeper level. For example, you want to find something underlying the problem that you are suffering from or suffering from something. Free writing about it. Set the timer and start writing. "What bothers me, I do not know the reason, probably because I was my dad when I was young ..."
Find the topic you want to write. Even if you write (excluding journal), or just a blog, if you do not know what you want to write, you can find a topic by writing. Think about people, places, emotions, things and happenings important to you, please write to him / her freely.
Accept yourself as you are. This may seem simple, but if you can learn to accept what you wrote without judging, you learn to accept people behind these words without making judgments can also do. For most of us, this is not an easy thing.
If you have never written it, it might be a bit scary to write for 10 minutes without stopping it. In the following week, please write three times, 10 minutes each time. Then post comments here and tell me what you think about the process.
If you write on a regular basis, I encourage you to add this journal writing chapter conversation by sharing the way you benefit from this exercise.
Think about writing as lightning rod that you can hear the current flow. Please be careful not to confuse this practice with the way to write a diary. The journal is used to record and examine your thoughts, emotions and experiences; the purpose of free writing is to avoid self-recognition and self-examination to find the most active ones in your mind.
For successful writing, students and all of us need to start with personal writing. Self writing implies relaxation: writing; preservation of journals; concrete, self-centered writing. Please compare the sentences at this stage with the children who talked for the first time. When children are playing, they are self-centered, talking to themselves and keeping others outside. James Moffett (1966) wrote that this is the child's first discourse, he does not distinguish between speaking and speaking. . . . According to a great psychologist of child development, Piaget calls this discourse "self-centered speech", young children speak loudly and expect others to pay attention and answer what he said Instead he talked in the air. His conversation is accompaniment of what he is doing. (P. 569)
There are two different benefits to writing. First of all, it effectively overcomes writer's obstacles. Because writing is not easy and involves a lot of hard work, the writer provides the writer with a medieval and easy-to-write stage before he begins writing a more serious career for a decent draft. Secondly, free writing helps to unravel our thoughts. It is overwhelmed by many cluttered and chaotic ideas. By writing down the idea, we can relieve our burden and think freely about this topic. Either way, organizing it on paper is always easier than organizing your thoughts.
