Yesterday was very good. I have been exercising for the first time since I caught the flu. I ran an elliptical machine and I did some strength training. The free gym in my apartment building is not the best, but there are a variety of aerobics and strength training machines. It was very good and I finished my work. I have the ability to train my arms and legs, but I do not train my abs. But this is not a big deal. I can do all kinds of abdominal exercise to adjust my muscles. I gained weight because I quit the exercise at the end of December.
Finally, it reminds me why I first started writing entries for these diaries. My older sister and I are about to begin "diet therapy of weight guardian." Before we started eating, I thought about writing a diary to inform everyone about my "loss history". Instead, I need 8 entries in my journey to accomplish this! In autumn, when my sister and I decided to try weighted watcher diet, I made a long visit with my hometown Connecticut. Her daughter got married in June. Each of us wants to lose 30 pounds.
The premise is simple. If you have multiple journals, it is easy to know what the journal is and what the journal is not. In my experience, it is easier to abandon journal entry completion in order to maintain a unified journal rather than actually writing a journal entry in a journal. Let's say you are keeping your own personal "movie review" journal. When you are digesting the harsh climax of the movie, should you write this review rather than you saw the movie? The end of the movie and exiting the movie theater can be used as a "trigger" to ensure that you write in the "Movie Review" magazine.
