Joshua and the Promised Land

Joshua (Hebrew yes faire) was the successor of Moses, who led the Israelites to the promised land. The Bible explains Joshua as a loyal student, a saint, and an outstanding military commander. Joshua led his people in every way to advise them to serve G-d and maintain Torah while leading them to the army's conquest. He was born in Egypt in 2406 (1355 BC) and led his people for 28 years until death in 2516 (1245 BC). His story is recorded in Joshua. Joshua son of Nun came from the tribe of Ephraim. His name was originally Hoshea (Hosea), but changed by Moses to Mohoshua (Joshua). He was a faithful waiter of Moses, and the Bible proved that he never left Moses' tent. He waited for Moses to communicate with G - d at the foot of Mount Sinai, and devoted himself to his husband with his heart.
