John Steinbeck's East of Eden - Biblical Symbols and Symbolism

In the whole of the biblical symbolic novel "Eden Oriental" in eastern Eden, Steinbeck used many Biblical references to clearly explain the conflict between opposing good and evil powers. In addition, the author wrote that the novel is "a soul for myself", "It has all the things I can master in my crafts or occupations over the years".

In East Eden, symbol use and symbolization are used precisely. Like all other novels, symbolism is one of the features of Steinbeck's work.
