John Milton's Representation of Early Modern Literature: Misogynistic?

In this chapter we discuss the views on John Milton's sex and gender to infer whether his performance in women in early modern literature can be regarded as an aversion to women. My goal is to determine his motives and to question his depiction of Eve in Paradise Lost. Also, to compare the views of Milton's critics in order to guess whether the stigma of Misty is the potential factor in his mind or the result of time. In addition to Milton's work, I will do this by studying and studying his contemporary works, including Aphra Behn, Mary Wroth, Aemilia Lanyer, Edmund Spenser.

Many of John Milton's poems contain religious themes and most of the early modern literature. Milton was living a normal life and went to school and college. After that, Milton married a woman who left him shortly after marriage, and they divorced. Later, she came back and the two settled.
