Monotheism is applied between Christianity and Islamic religion. Jesus is the manifestation of Christ, Muhammad is the benefit of living through Allah. These two leaders are the main pillars of their respective religions. Both lifestyles are the right way of life for every religion. For all religions, Jesus and Muhammad want all believers to live. They are living a tough life. Their death shows the beginning of a new religion.
Unlike religious leaders such as Jesus and Muhammad, Pettinger (2001) believes that leaders were born instead of being born. Some people have higher leadership and qualities than others, but they are trying to become an effective leader. For example, Julius Caesar played authority for twenty years, but as a military leader, I never asked myself to do something I can not do. Adair (Editor, Thomas, 2008) argues that functional leadership is related to leadership based on appropriate behavior rather than leader's personality. The functional model emphasizes the differences between individual considerations and group considerations and supports effective leadership on what leaders do to achieve tasks, groups, and individual needs. Achieving a common goal is to fulfill the task function
Islam, founded in the year 610 AD, is a major religion of the world promulgated by the Prophet Muhammad. In Islam, Muhammad was considered to be the end of a series of prophets (including Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Solomon, and Jesus), his message was completed and the early prophet's "revelation" It was completed. During the trip to the Prophet Muhammad as a trader, he had a vision, he was considered an angel and said, "There is only one god and his name is Allah. *
