When the world's largest teacher was born 2000 years ago, he taught love and peace to everyone. Through his teachings he went to education and chose a few people to continue educating when he left. These twelve extraordinary people are examples that we will continue to do and examples of how we live after 2000. The twelve followers Jesus chose for ministry were not special education, congenital, religious or social instances. Of the twelve students of Jesus, eleven people were unwaveringly faithful, but one betrayed his beloved friends for his own personal benefit.
In Matthew 24, the disciples of Jesus asked about his arrival and the signs of "the end of the world". The mistake is the word "world". The Greeks said that Jesus' disciples asked him "End of age". Unless you refer to the world we know, the second coming of Christ will not bring about the end of the world. It represents the end of the world kingdom era and the beginning of the kingdom of God. In that chapter, Jesus sometimes told his attention to his disciples - this is very interesting.
What did Jesus say to your friends to do next? Jesus told them to help others to become Jesus' disciples. What is a disciple? His disciples are those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God. His disciples trust Jesus' business and forgive their sins. Jesus gave the disciples gifts of spirit and lived within them. By the power of the Holy Spirit who lives there, the disciples can follow God and say "no" to commit sin. His disciples are Jesus' friends. The disciples teach to love and obey Jesus, and to make other disciples
First, Jesus' disciples were summoned by Jesus. Obviously, the twelve Apostles of Jesus - the first disciple - was summoned by Jesus. But their experience is the pattern of all Christians, all Jesus' disciples. (Christian, I mean persons who confess their own sins personally and believe that Christ is the follower of Jesus, not merely religious culture. Jesus' disciples were first summoned by God. To become an apprentice is not a merit. This is not about power, but about our confession. We did not become a Christian because we worked wisdom, appearance, family, or hard work. We can only be saved through Jesus' people and business. He is the initiator who calls us. We obey him in trust and obedience to answer to him. As John 4 says, "Because we love us for the first time, we love him."
