Japanese American History and the Movie Snow Falling on Cedars

The author of Snowflake Cedar did an excellent job in researching immigrants from Japan from the early century to the middle of the second century. Unfortunately, like most movies based on the majority of books, I think that this film may not be as satisfactory as to express the author 's intention. This movie seems to be an overview of what it should be. The main problem is to express feelings between characters. For example, the connection between Ishmael Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Miyamoto Hatsue was initially important, but it was not so difficult as it tried to express the final game.

I think Snow is a good movie of Cedars, it has boring points and advantages. It has good information about Japanese racial discrimination and atrocities. The main message the movie is about to tell you is that we should respect others, whether it is black and white or from other countries.
