The settlements of Jamestown are close to the original colony and tell the story of Virginia of the 17th century. From 1607 James Town's British settlers to cultural encounters and events planting new country species. We stopped by Williamsburg, Virginia and visited four places I was excited about. Jamestown settlement (not the actual location of the original Jamestown village, but the life history museum / reconstruction). Built on May 14, 1607, it is adjacent to the ruins of the colonial National Historical Park, including Jamestown, the first successful United Kingdom in the continent of North America. It also complements the historic Jamestown of Jamestown Island. Virginia state park station and reserve are the first ruins settlers live in. Colonial Parkway connects all these attractions
