The trip to Italy began with my usual crazy last minute preparation. I ran around to buy Wal-Mart to buy traveling shampoo and additional film and then packed it within 12 hours to leave the house. However, not all plans for this trip will be the last one. In fact, this is a trip planned for the first six months before departure. After finishing the final finish of the spring semester I will fly to Italy with my parents and three best friends for two weeks.

My post will not appear in Medium Italia. When searching for "Vico Biscotti", "No story is found in Medium Italia" is displayed. Then I search and I can find my story. That makes sense. Medium Italia is a publication, I am not that writer. In addition, Medium Italia should no longer exist.

Located in the southern part of Metro Salvador in the Avenida region of Italy, Barrio Italia is a nova of atmosphere like Soho. Barrio Italia is full of restaurants, wineries, design shops, cafes, furniture stores, frequenting cultural festivals and neighborhood parties, ideal for dating and afternoon walks. Barrio Patronato is located north of Rio Mapocho in Bellas Artes and is another candidate for West of Bellavista. There are plenty of affordable ethnic restaurants, alternative cafes and shopping. Located behind Chile Metro University, Paris-Londres is near the street of the same name and has a unique European atmosphere.

My journey in northern Italy begins with roasted artichokes with sea salt, truffles, granadadano (semi-cooked Italian cheese) and lemon ai. Unlike regular steamed dishes, North Italia baked goods have simple overtones and are deliciously decorated. On the main course you can enjoy two wonderful main dishes. The first one is a chicken pest dish, cooked with ginli (bell-shaped) bell-shaped pasta and contains garlic, garlic, basil, roast pine nuts and crispy capers. The second course is diving scallops. At the same time it adds salty and textured aromas, with three carefully made and baked medium rare cooking pieces, creamy Parmesan cheese risotto, Brussels roast, Brussels, crispy shallot and bacon.
