In literature review of nursing research, ethical issues, conflicting values, and ambiguity in decision making are appearing repeatedly. Due to the lack of clarity of ethical standards, nurses must raise awareness of these issues and establish an effective framework to deal with issues including human rights. This is necessary for researchers' values for personal rights and social benefits. Vocational norms, laws, regulations and ethics committees can provide several guidelines, but researcher value systems and ethical guidelines depend on the ultimate determinant of the study.
