As we dig into the Bible deeply, we discover that there are already various stratified genres and numerous themes throughout the text. The main event of the Hebrews was found to be a covenant; this is a major literary testimony. Many editors concentrate on their work in the treaty. A contract is defined as a binding agreement or binding between parties by Berith and means binding or binding. Many people get confused, what is the contract, no? It is neither a commandment nor a contract, it has two equal or two cases.

The mosaic contract is an agreement between God and his people Israel. Because this contract was done at Mount Sinai, it is sometimes called Sinai Compact (Exodus 19-24). The mosaic contract was named after Moses. Moses was chosen by God to lead Israel and was the first Ten Commandments of the Law. Mosaic contracts are bilateral or conditional contracts. In other words, both parties are responsible for fulfilling each other's obligations. It is people's responsibility to keep the law, in return, God has promised Israel's great blessing and protection (Exodus 19: 5-8)

The actual process of confirming the contract with Israel was done at Mount Sinai. The first phase of the process is as follows. First, the Lord stands to defend the covenant, to save, guide and guard the God of Israel, and Israel brings himself to himself. He confirmed the bond between life and love (19: 3-4). Secondly, he proposed a comprehensive rule: to obey my contract. This provision was later revealed. This provision is not a condition under which Israel can choose to obey or refuse. Rather, how does Jehovah reveal rich, perfect saints relationships? Israel will fulfill these promises in response to the Lord's contract's request.

Within the covenant of Jehovah and Israel as a citizen, God created "repentance" with the priesthood. This contract is called an eternal contract. Since one of Aaron's descendants showed great enthusiasm for Jehovah's holy contractual condition, the priesthood is guaranteed to stay within the descendants of Aaron (Numbers 25: 10-13). In the speech, Moses reviewed some of the important events they experienced during the desert trip (Chapter 1 - Chapter 3). People's actions did not deserve praise, but Jehovah remains loyal. (2): 7) Remember that Moses is faithful to the LORD God's covenant to the people, and that the Lord is a nasty god seeking absolute loyalty (4: 24) Moses stressed that Jehovah is kind; he will not forget the covenant confirmed by his ancestors' oath.
