Is Violence in Pursuit of Happiness Justified?

How should people react under pressure to others and government? Of course, they do not like being treated unfairly, but they should still keep the laws. Regardless of whether it complies with full compliance rules or conforms to his beliefs, he is convinced that the system is completely unfair. Therefore, when the citizen thinks this is unfair, how to liberty should be preserved without using violence or breaking the law. If a person obeys the law, he is automatically deemed to support an unfair system, but if he does not do so, he will be accused of violating the law.

The meaning of the word "pursuit of happiness". In the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson announced that "everyone has a force majestic right", including the pursuit of life, freedom, and happiness. What does "pursue happiness" mean?
